How do I know what size to order?

Can I send someone a gift?
Yes! You will have the option to gift wrap your purchase at checkout for an additional $5. Should you choose this option, a gift receipt with no price information will be included with your package.
You may also add a gift message which will be displayed on the invoice.

How do I return/exchange a gift someone purchased for me from your website?
You will need to ask the gift giver to initiate a return in the Returns and Shipping area of our website. Refunds will only be issued to the customer who placed the order.
Exchanges are treated as new orders.

May I place an order with you over the phone?
No, as of now all orders must be placed with us on line at Biscotti and Kate Mack.com.

No – please contact the store you made the purchase from directly.Biscotti & Kate Mack does not accept returns, issue refunds or make exchanges of merchandise on any items not purchased from us directly.
